Hickory
While typically used for smoking food, it is also a great choice for your home. Hickory is an extremely durable material that tends to last an extremely long time. However, it does make your home look a bit more rustic so it may not work for all aesthetics.
Cherry
Brazilian Cherry is a very popular exotic hardwood material. Once it is fully aged, it brings your home a very warm and dark color to your floor that eye catching. It is a great way to add value to your home and it doesn’t have an issue of fading from sunlight exposure.
Walnut
While one of the softer hardwood materials, Walnut is a great choice for those who want a darker and rich tone for their floor. It is also a natural insect repellant!
Ash Hardwood
Ash hardwood is a popular choice of flooring for high traffic areas. Known for its great shock absorption, it is great at reducing the sound your floor makes as well as its lighter tone. This wood is a bit rarer, making its price a bit higher than other flooring options.
Mahogany
Similar to Cherry, Mahogany darkens by being exposed to sunlight over time. It is also a very durable wood that is quite resistant to scratches and staining. It is a bit more expensive, but is well worth the investment once enough time has passed for the wood to darken.
Bamboo
While technically a grass, Bamboo has many similar qualities to types of hardwood. It is a great choice for those who want to add a sleek modern look to their home. It is quite eco-friendly as well because Bamboo replaces itself fairly quickly. While limited in style, Bamboo is a great addition to any home!

Sales and installation processes were smooth and professional. The sales consultant spent a lot of time helping me to select the right flooring and determine how best to lay it out. The installers showed up on time and worked all day to tear out the carpet in three bedrooms and replace it with the laminate flooring I had chosen. The end product looks great!

New slabs coming in the week and next 100 slabs of stone for countertops.
Coastal flooring and Design Center Nice products for my home remodel. Next is backsplash I will be ordering something this week. I have purchased a couple of
pantries, vinyl flooring, tile, granite, hardware. One project at a time. Grey ash vinyl. Back to remodeling I didn't like the vinyl, so I switched to large format polished porcelain. New baseboards installed by Coastal flooring and Design center as well now to paint. Coastal floorings design center has a new line of designer wall tile that I have my eye on. Eventually I need to have my shower done glad new materials have arrived.
